investors in people award retained

the hard work and enthusiasm of the hatt workforce has paid off as the company has retained its Investors In People status for a further three years. the review was carried out in april 2005 and the company received glowing commendations during the assessment.

congratulations to all those involved in making this possible.

also underway is a drive to achieve the British Quality Foundations, "Investor in Excellence" mark of achievement. this award is designed to drive improvements in all key areas of our company. more news on our progress will be posted as it happens.
